Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pembatasan sosial selama pandemi Covid-19, berdampak pada penerapan Training from Home (TFH) terutama bagi atlet pelajar yang sebelumnya tinggal di asrama. Asupan atlet yang sebelumnya bergantung pada penyelenggaraan makan asrama, selama TFH menjadi tidak terkontrol karena kurangnya pengawasan secara langsung. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial, pengetahuan gizi, dan akses pangan dengan kualitas diet atlet remaja saat di rumah. Metode: Subjek penelitian sesuai kriteria inklusi sebanyak 55 atlet olahraga beregu remaja laki-laki dari Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar (PPLOP) Jawa Tengah. Seluruh data dilaporkan secara daring. Data kualitas diet diperoleh melalui kuesioner Athlete Diet Index (ADI), dukungan sosial melalui Diet-specific Social Support Scales for Adolescent (DSSA), pengetahuan gizi dan akses pangan melalui kuesioner tervalidasi. Analisis data menggunakan Rank-Spearman. Hasil: Sebanyak 63,6% atlet memiliki kualitas diet rendah. Dukungan perilaku makan sehat yang tinggi mempunyai persentase lebih banyak dirasakan atlet berasal dari keluarga daripada teman (58,2% vs 56,4%). Sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan gizi cukup sebanyak 67,3% hingga baik sebanyak 30,9%. Terdapat korelasi negatif antara penggunaan aplikasi food delivery dengan kualitas diet (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Hanya penggunaan aplikasi food delivery yang menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna dengan kualitas diet. Semakin tinggi penggunaan aplikasi food delivery maka akan semakin berkurangnya kualitas diet pada atlet saat di rumah.
